Chanell has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) through Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). Her expertise is in leading recruitment efforts by delivering efficient recruitment models, business development and brand awareness strategies, and continuous stakeholder improvement plans. Chanell is passionate about coaching, and helping teams reach their highest potential through self-development, trust, and positivity. In her position, Chanell oversees the immediate and long-term internal operations related to recruitment, client relationships, and business expansion.
Outside of work, Chanell and her husband, Dale, enjoy running, cycling, kickboxing, yoga, as well as strength training. Together they have completed several ½ marathons, tough mudders, ragnars, as well as other distance runs and obstacle courses. Chanell and her husband have two children Elyse and Dane who, keep them busy with Hockey, Baseball, Gymnastics, Swimming, and Dance. The family enjoys time at the cabin in the summers and skiing in the winters.
What are your hobbies?
I am all over the place for hobbies and it depends on the season; I love working in the yard during the warm months, puzzles in the Winter, wineries in the Fall, and exercising all year round!
If you could live anywhere for one year, where would it be and why?
The cabin! It’s so peaceful, beautiful, and we have so many great memories there as a family. There is really no place like it!
What is your taste in music?
This is a loaded question for me – it depends on my mood but it ranges from Mozart to Metallica.

Be yourself – everyone else is taken so be proud of who you are and what you have to offer.
