The Konik Inclusion and Diversity Statement

Konik is deeply committed to advancing diversity and inclusion in all functions, including internal and client hiring, promotions, vendor selection, and community engagement. Our Purpose is to “Positively Impact People’s Lives.” Through this, we focus on our diversity and inclusion initiative to uplift all underprivileged, discriminated, and marginalized persons in our community. We encourage all to celebrate their gifts and talents regardless of race, ethnicity, religious or non-religious affiliations, sexual orientation, and identity. We believe inclusion is how we unleash the power of diversity and enables us to innovate and grow.

Konik is 49% LGBTQ+ owned and has an internal staff of 57% women. Our initiative is to match our internal diversity with that of our Minneapolis community by January 1, 2025. Having varied perspectives helps generate better ideas to solve the most complex problems of our changing and increasingly diverse workforce.
