Colleen graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Speech Communications Degree and joined the company in 1997. For over 25 years she has developed lasting relationships with Twin Cities engineering and architecture community members. She enjoys visiting with professionals about their roles and career goals then working to find them better opportunities. Her primary focus areas include building architecture, structural engineering and interior design candidates for the Minneapolis area. In her free time, she enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her husband, family, friends and German Shepherd.
What are your hobbies?
Going for a run with my German Sheperd, doing yoga, Pilates or a HIIT routine.
If you could live anywhere for one year, where would it be and why?
Italy – I have traveled there once but only visited the large cities. I would love to tour the country and experience all the food, wine, art, and history of it.
What is your taste in music?
I enjoy listening to various music genres especially live but in my car, you will find me listening to alternative rock.
What is one piece of advice you would give to a jobseeker?
Build and use your network reaching out to those in your desired profession including recruiters who specialize in that profession.
