More About Scott:
Scott graduated from Minnesota State, Mankato, with a degree in Communications and Economics. He began his career as a National Recruiter for a local staffing and recruiting company. He then transitioned to recruiting local Engineers, Architects, and skilled manufacturing positions. After five years of recruiting, Scott moved into Account Management and Business Development for the same company, where he moved his way up the ranks over the next 20 years. In early 2025, Scott joined the Konik team in his current Business Development Manager role.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys golfing and spending as much time as possible with my wife, Michelle, and my kids, Megan and Cody.
