Hi, I’m Brad Konik, CEO at Konik Technical Talent Network.
From day one, my vision has been straightforward: to positively impact the lives of our clients, candidates, team members, and the broader community.
My roots run deep here. I joined my father, George, at the company in 1997 after graduating from Harvard and playing professional hockey. I started in operations and was involved in every aspect of the business and eventually acquired the firm in 2000. My journey has shaped my perspective on leadership: it’s about service, trust, and maintaining long-term relationships.
One of the best parts of my role today is helping hiring managers and canidates who I’ve known since my early years, and seeing their careers and companies grow.
I also love being involved in the local community through our nonprofit partnerships with Hope 4 Youth and Cookie Cart; two outstanding organizations helping people acheive their fullest potential. I also love serving on advisory boards including Manufacturers Alliance and other organizations. It’s a great joy to give back to the community that has helped us succeeed over the years.

More About Me:
I grew up in a hockey family — my father, George Konik, played with the Pittsburgh Penguins’ inaugural season, and the Minnesota Fighting Saints. I played at Harvard University and professionally before joining Konik in leadership and as an owner.
Outside of work, I live in Lakeville with my wife, Erin. We love being on the water — boating and fishing at the cabin. We also enjoy spending as much time as possible with our adult children, Ben and Hayden.
