The Konik Leadership Forum is a monthly, nine-session forum designed to elevate the leadership skills of select technical managers. Limited to 20 Midwest leaders, the meetings are facilitated by Adam Carroll, a leadership consultant and Ted Talk Presenter with 5 million views, and Konik CEO Brad Konik. The primary goal of this hands-on, collaborative forum is to help strengthen organizations’ leadership cultures creating improved attraction, engagement, and retention of top-performing employees.

In addition to expertly facilitated content, each meeting will feature peer-to-peer advice from people in similar roles but in different companies and industries. We call it the round table — it’s a specified and protected amount of time on each session where a participant drops a topic or question on their mind. The group then responds with advice based on their experience and expertise. It’s widely regarded as the most valuable content participants get because of the varied experiences of those in the room.
