A full service design firm is seeking an Architectural Designer to add to their team. In this critical role, you will work closely with a Job Captain in preparing construction documents and detail drawings for multi-family housing and commercial projects.
In this Architectural Designer role, you’ll be empowered to:
- Assemble professional drawing packages using Revit (BIM) to produce 3D modeling of design drawings, working drawings, specifications, forms and records
- Document production drawings
- Collaborate with Job Captain and Architect or Project Manager
- Coordinate with engineering consultants,
- Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs
- Visit job sites to compile measurements as necessary
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants, may attend construction site meetings

As an Architectural Designer, You’ll Bring:
- AAS degree in Architectural Drafting or a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 5+ years’ industry experience working on commercial building projects
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of building codes
