Are you known for delivering complex projects under budget and on time? Konik is partnering with a multinational Retailer seeking a Project Manager (Owner’s Representative) for store remodels and department or product transformations/reflow work. 

In this role, you will define and communicate project-specific scope by translating retail floor plan standards and prototype building criteria into project documents on a store-by-store basis. 
You will then obtain necessary permits and bid, deploy, and closeout store projects. This team is responsible for maintaining and updating store prototype layouts and support documentation/standards relating to architectural/MEP/structural documentation and specifications.

  • Working with external architects, consultants, and internal cross-functional teams with a strong focus on high-quality, concise project completion

  • 3+ years of experience in reading and reviewing construction documents for permit submittal and GC bidding. 
  • AutoCAD software preferred 
  • Microsoft Office
