  • Build, Test, and Operate complex 3D printers
  • Work with Engineers, Build Process, and Applications experts to evaluate, develop, and improve the equipment
  • Maintain 3D systems to operate smoothly, feeding raw materials and conducting operator and service-technician level maintenance to maintain and improve equipment uptimes and predictability
  • Train technicians and operators at customer locations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with 3D printing equipment
  • Document procedures for operation/maintenance and installation/start-up of equipment

Your expertise includes:
  • Technical AAS degree, with directly applicable experience and responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting methods for automation, pneumatic, air, and water heating/cooling devices
  • Solid mechanical and basic electrical skills, including electromechanical assembly
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, digital CAD drawings.
  • Ability to work onsite at customer locations and provide excellent communication skills and professionalism
  • Willing to travel up to 25% – Some infrequent travel to our Rochester, NY site and/or to customer or partner sites may be required
