IT Salaries are Definitely Rising
IT salaries are definitely rising in 2015, unemployment is down and open positions are available. It appears (according to the Computerworld survey) that companies looking for certain high–demand IT skills are raising salaries and/or bonuses to lure talented tech pros into their organizations. Average total compensation (salary plus bonus) is reported to have increased 3.6% in 2015, compared to 2.0% in 2014, according to the survey of more than 4,800 IT professionals.
