We’re proud of our community, traditions and values fostered by our founders since 1974. We’ve connected companies with the best architecture, engineering and manufacturing talent enabling both to prosper and grow. We owe our tenure to the people who trusted us to make meaningful introductions and improve lives.
We will add passionate, energetic internal employees with diverse backgrounds focused on our purpose of Positively Impacting Peoples Lives. We are committed to growing our team to enable us to impact more lives throughout the entire Midwest area. We will partner with more growing companies seeking the best talent in architecture, engineering and manufacturing backgrounds giving access for both to improve their companies and careers.
We pledge to give to our community and help impact change. We will focus on intentionally growing our company in order to give to our community through our Response-Ability campaign which supports five local, empowering nonprofits. Our business growth is a vessel which will enable local organizations to focus on giving opportunities to the underprivileged and less fortunate. These nonprofits give second chances to everyone seeking a better livelihood. We pledge to lift our community thru our daily actions and sharing our success with those who need and deserve a break to improve their lives. For each contract and direct hire placement, we donate $200 to our Response-Ability campaign with an annual goal of $250,000 in contributions. We believe social issues are business issues and are best solved by engagement, speaking up and giving where it is needed.
